WORKSHOP ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
'ENGINEERING DIVISION'
(NORTH WEST)
Reporting to the General Manager, you
will be responsible for the planning and supervision of day-to-day
activities both on and off site in a busy engineering workshop
environment.
The main scope of activity will be the service
and repair of rotating electrical machines, principally electric
motors, AC (low and high voltage), DC and variable speed.
Customer technical support and new motor sales will be required
to fulfill this role. Site experience would be a distinct
advantage.
Delivery of quality of service, attention to
detail and the insistence on providing total customer satisfaction
will be your prime motivators.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge
of the repair trade, have worked under ISO9000 quality systems
and be IT-literate.
Supervisory experience is preferred but not
essential, the successful candidate showing willingness to
learn new skills and embrace the challenges of a demanding
environment.
Candidates must be prepared to work flexible
hours for which remuneration will be provided.

WORKSHOP MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR 'ENGINEERING
DIVISION'

gearboxes, pumps and fan units. A good all round knowledge
of repair/manufacturing techniques including rotating machinery
refurbishment / reverse engineering and general machine shop
activities are essential to fulfill this role. Site experience
would be a distinct advantage.

MANUFACTURING OF COILS AND ASSEMBLY 'PRODUCTION TEAM'

As part of a new venture you will be working in a
small production team based in the Avonmouth building.
The main scope of activity will be the winding and
forming of copper coils, assembly, testing and packaging.

Manufacturing experience and knowledge of ISO9000

Bristol office you will be responsible for the development of sales
of industrial electric motors to manufacturing industry, utilities
and through distribution channels.
Geographically you will cover the South West of
England and be targeted for profitable sales growth as part of a
UK-wide strategic initiative.
Representing a leading Distribution Partner for ABB,
the world’s leading motor and drive manufacturer you will be technically
experienced, hard working and self motivated.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent
communication skills and have the drive and enthusiasm necessary to
succeed.
A candidate with a track record within the industry is
preferred but not essential, as product training will be given and

INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT

Your role will be to provide administrative support
to the sales department including dealing with customer enquiries,
handling quotations and processing orders amongst other duties.
An engineering background is preferred. Microsoft
office IT skills and a full UK driving license are essential.
